The name Chrome is trademarked by Google, Inc. [source]. According to them, you are not allowed to "incorporate Google Brand Features into your own product name, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names" [source]. However, I am not sure how valid these statements are in international or your local jurisdiction, and some countries might not even recognise the Google brands as registered trademarks.
