Even if it ran windows, it shouldn't be slow. Unless the problem about windows is the general annoyingness and confusingness instead.

My infinitely-fast computer would run Linux. The laptop I have now is a Windows-Linux dual boot.

I might also try running all programs infinitely, to see if anything interesting comes out. Kolmogorov complexity of pi < printing all the digits. Same goes for something like the primes, or maybe even the Riemann Zeta function...
