a) Yes

b) 3 (I think, I forgot seconds after voting )

c) No

Other:

e) Reports should only be counted towards this if they are sent by non-new members. This way the same person couldn't make several reports on different accounts to get the post hidden and/or the user banned.

f) Make sure there's an exception for mods and admins, especially if you plan on adding auto-bans!

e) Remember we have Scratch verification now, and we also now have much better anti-SPAM software

f) We would only ban from posting, probably. Also, admins can't be banned.
