Use the new scratch player instead of the 2.0 player

The 2.0 player uses Adobe Flash player, which isn't supported on browsers anymore. Please use the new Scratch 3.0 player so we don't have to download projects anymore.

Or you can just install ruffle on your browser.

I feel like this is still a good idea, especially since people also upload newer projects to this website that are 3.0 format and the 3.0 player supports 1.x 2.x and 3.x projects, whilst the 2.x player only supports 1.x and 2.x projects and not Scratch 3.x projects.
