How do I get promoted from a new Mod Share-er to a full Mod Share-er?

What to do
Be patient and active. It has to do with the amount of time you have been registered, your activity on the forums, the amount of projects you have uploaded, etc.
What not to do
Do anything flame-like, be rude, or make a topic asking how to get rid of it. Those will all make it take longer.
What is the difference between new users and full users?
Mod Share-ers get to post images, edit/delete posts, have longer signatures, and less wait time between posts.

Why don't most projects work online?

That's because we use the Scratch player, which does not support most blocks in mods

If you're using Scratch 1.x and 2.0, you'll have to learn Squeak and Flash, respectively. But, with Scratch 3.0, you'll need ot know how to manipulate JavaScript, HTML and even WebGL, if you want to get advanced.
