Win7 extraction of Snap! projects in .xml format?

I WILL BE LIKELY TO NOT SHARE PROJECTS IF QUESTION NOT ANSWERED.

Today I extracted a Snap! project but when I downloaded into .xml it was unable to be found in the library. In my Mozilla Firefox browser, I checked the downloads. It was there but basic program to open it is IE (Internet Explorer). I opened it and what's unfortunate is it just said code. Can anyone help?

What program should be used to open it?

1. Windows Media Center
2. Internet Explorer (IE)
3. Windows Write
4. Microsoft WordPad 2010
5. 7zip File Manager
6. None of these are literally the correct one.
