Change license options

"Creative Commons" should be further specified, I recommend to split it up to:

Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) (the license used by Scratch)
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) (the license used by Snap!)

The other question is if we need to have a modshare license or if it could be expressed as a CC license.
