I have always loved Scratch, but now I want to use Scratch mods. Where do I start and with what mod? By the way, I'm on a Mac computer and I want something up-to-date that can be posted on Mod Share. For an example, I'd use Insanity if it had an updated version for Mac.

You can just take the latest IMAGE file and put it with the old Mac version...

Install the Mac version, then download Insanity 1.2 for Windows, and replace the Insanity.image in your installation folder with that from the Windows version. Or, you can also download the latest Insanity.image file here.

Bingo 2.0 also has a Mac version available on the website http://bingoprogramming.weebly.com/
Snap, formerly BYOB, works online so you can check that out in any Operating System.
You already know about Insanity.
Other less popular mods can be run on Macs using jvvg's method.
