The other one was locked, which apparently I requested a lock for it. Whoops 
Anyway, this time logging in or logging out sends you to IE cannot display, and pressing enter does not fix it (you have to manually go to modshare.org). Was this because of the new registration code?

No, the login was not changed by the new registration system. This was probably due to an update in IE. As I have said before, IE is a stupid browser.
I am following all applicable web standards, and sending relatively standard HTTP headers. Yet somehow, IE doesn't seem to understand the "Location" header (standard redirect), so I have to use a special one instead. I have implemented a fix, but still I strongly recommend you get Firefox or Chrome, because those browsers support HTML5, CSS3, and meet all browser standards.

using IE is like trying to kick a dead horse, it's behind, doesn't support standard redirects, and barely works with html5 in general, i have to say my personal pick is chrome. Firefox seems to be growing unstable and is becoming like windows xp, a patch on a patch on a patch, the only things that have managed to crash chrome for me is 1. Adobe sucky Flash and 2, Windows xp deciding to randomly slow to a crawl even on an i5.
i have heard that chromium is even faster and also very stable if you are in the mood for experimental

hmm, I got that a lot in 7, but not in 10. for me, 10 is faster than chrome
