'mod helper' page --- oh nevermind found the page

Nevermind! I just found the mod help page and i thought for sure it wasn't on this i even checked, well mistakes happen, so nevermind!

So, i was wondering if... we could add a mod helper page next to 'Users Browse Upload Forums (USER)'. Then, it could help people make their mods even better (or make great mods!), then, we could add more mods to modshare! It would tell you how to do ____ and how to learn coding in squeak (for scratch block coding) and people could submit additions, sort of like a new forum section.

This could also be a sub-forum for advanced topics too!
