Should I make a new project?

Yes: I might not be able to upload them to scratch in the near future, and lose all my hard work. DON'T SAY MODSHARE! (its inactive too) No way for others to see the epic projects.
No: Nothing to do with scratch. Boring.

So what do you think?

This is kind of bringing a Scratch problem (between you and the ST) to the Mod Share Community.
When you are banned from Scratch, it is between you and the ST. Please don't try to involve a larger community with it.
