Where does it say that? It does say that 1.1 for Macs is coming soon, but for windows it's released

Yes, version 1.1 for Windows has been released, and for Macs is coming soon. I develop on Windows and it takes a little while to port the code to Mac OS.

For the vm, get it from here
As for making it a tar, well, there's 7Zip for a reason
