New fraud/spam prevention software in place

Due to a wave of recent spam registrations that have come from disposable Scratch accounts, LS97 and I have programmed software to counter this.

If a user is caught by this software, the registration will be blocked, and the user will be unable to log in or register until the team looks over it.
We hope no problems arise from this. If any do, please let us know. If you are a legitimate user, this should not be a problem.
