Many Scratch 3 mods can run in Turbowarp. I recently tried this:

This is a project that uses a Turbowarp-specific extension. It won't load because of this:
Note that the URL needs to be a direct download and must support CORS.
Since Mod Share uses the Scratch 2 project player, allowing CORS for project access would make sharing Scratch 3 mods easier.

Just discovered share.turbowarp.org. I'm not going to close this topic as this could still be useful, but I've found a solution for my situation.
