for what?
As a thumbnail for ModShare projects simply use .png or .jpg or anything like this.
A Scratch 1.4 mod is a .image file with the Squeak code and a Scratch 2.0 mod is a .swf file for Adobe Flash Player. For Scratch 3 Mods, I don't know...
