Scratch 1.4 Mod with HTTPS

Hey I was wondering if anyone had a mod or could make a mod that has the HTTPS protocol. WebClient uses SqueakSSL to connect and I was just wondering if it were possible to do so. I also forgot how to install libraries in Squeak XD
