Add a second reply layer

Like on scratch, to make it easier to show which set of comments makes up a conversation.

Update:
Besides being more difficult to code, we have actually decided against it conceptually because it is more organised to keep conversations linear, sort of like the forums. Just imagine that each top-level comment is a new forum thread and that the replies are the posts in that thread. It makes everything more simple and less confusing.
