Go --> https://www.onworks.net/betriebssysteme-de-de/spezielles-betriebssystem-de-de/pear-os-online-mac-emulator-de-de then start the emulator and open Mod Share in the browser of that emulator to use flash!

Sorry if the volume in settings is not a slider for you also...
