Ant (http://ant.apache.org/), Flex (http://flex.apache.org/), playerglobal11_4.swc and playerglobal10_2.swc (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#playerglobal)!

to compile the code:
if using windows go to the main folder in the source code (so go to the src folder and go back a folder) then type "ant" into the windows command prompt (you need ant - for an windows installer try: http://wiki.apache.org/ant/AntOnWindows)

to turn it into an exe:
goto the new bin folder
open the scratch.swf in JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler (http://www.free-decompiler.com/flash/)
click the save as exe button
run the exe file!
