the site has many bugs that haven't been fixed, and still uses the flash player. are the admins still here? or is it abandoned.

Use the new scratch player instead of the 2.0 player

I feel like this is still a good idea, especially since people also upload newer projects to this website that are 3.0 format and the 3.0 player supports 1.x 2.x and 3.x projects, whilst the 2.x player only supports 1.x and 2.x projects and not Scratch 3.x projects.

Sorry, but what do you mean by image file? There are image files for very diverse purposes and if we don't know for what you want to use an image file, it is pretty impossible to tell which one is right.

That's really interesting.
YouTube probably doesn't work due to the browser lacking the video support and I think it doesn't render much at all from what I remember.

Am I allowed to upload remixed projects?

If you want to open Scratch 3.0 projects on here, you have to convert them to Scratch 2.0 files first with a converter like this one: https://github.com/RexScratch/sb3tosb2
