It's basically a simplified interface for coding Squeak.

I like panther the best but i use insanity the most. wierd huh (get it? i spelled weird wrong! well, nevermind )

Insanity is the best mod (I have tried BYOB and panther as well as Insanity)

BYOB is basically the same thing as scratch except you can build your own blocks.
